Michael is currently Senior Vice President of CUBRC’s Information Exploitation Sector and concurrently serves as CUBRC’s Chief Information Officer. In his role as Sr. VP of CUBRC’s Information Exploitation Sector, Michael is responsible for the strategic management of CUBRC’s C4ISR Modeling and Simulation Group and Data Science and Information Fusion Group. CUBRC's Information Exploitation Sector is focused on providing basic and advanced research and development of emerging information system technologies; the design and development of highly specialized modeling and simulation systems; development of advanced data analysis technologies in both cloud computing and standard data architecture environments; and delivery and maintenance of these various technologies and systems to a diverse set of government and commercial customers. Policy Counsel - Future of Privacy Forum, Education Privacy Project

Sara Collins is a Policy Counsel for the Education Privacy Project at the Future of Privacy Forum. She works on both K-12 and Higher Education student privacy issues, focusing on how student privacy can be maximized while also leveraging the benefits of emerging education technology and data research. Sara previously worked as an investigations attorney in the Enforcement Unit at Federal Student Aid. She has also worked as the Director of Legal Services for Veterans Education Success, a non-profit focused on helping veterans who have been harmed by predatory education institutions. Sara graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Symposium Editor of the Journal of Gender and the Law. After graduating law school, she completed a Policy & Law Fellowship at the Amara Legal Center, an organization dedicated to fighting domestic sex trafficking within the DMV area. Originally from Chicago, Sara attended the University of Illinois, where she received a B.A. in both Political Science and English.

Lou Galway, Senior Business Solutions Manager – SAS

Lou Galway is a Senior Business Solutions Manager in the Global Technology Practice, supporting Data Management Solutions and Business Analytic Modernization Assessments (BAMA) reporting to SAS Headquarters. He works to produce sales enablement content as well as works directly with sales and customers. He specializes in the SAS and SAP relationship, conducting BAMAs and Data Management.
Prior to 2014, Lou supported the SAS Performance Management portfolio. He has been working for SAS since 2001 working with pre-sales and post-sales. Prior to joining SAS, Lou was a consultant for KPMG Consulting in the Federal Government Practice. Lou lives in Northern Virginia.
