My expertise is in the areas of applied marketing models, statistics, research mehodology, and consumer behaviou. My research has been published in journals such as Organizational Behaviou and Human Decision Processes and Applied Journal of Ecnonometrics with over 500 citations. Prior to the University of Chicago, I had taught at Argosy University in Chicato, McGill University in Canada, and University of Groningen in Netherlands and worked in industry for several years. At Sears, Roeguck, and Co., I developed credit risk credit revenue, and line-of-credit models to manage acquisitions oand protfolios of existing accounts. At Experin, I led project in all aspects of database marketing. I have a PhD from the University of Chicago in Quatitative Psychology and Research Meghodology and Master's degree from University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaing in Applied Statistics.
